Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) uses bilateral stimulation such as eye movements and tapping to support clients in processing traumatic memories. EMDR has been found to be effective in treating a range of trauma disorders including PTSD, C-PTSD, as well as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, and grief/traumatic loss. EMDR can also be helpful in managing chronic illness/pain. Learn more about EMDR.
I also provide adjunctive EMDR services, allowing you to continue working with your regular talk therapist.

Fees
Therapy is an investment in yourself. My fee is $250 for a 50-minute individual session. I am an out-of-network provider with most insurance plans at this time. Many insurance plans reimburse 40-80% of the cost of therapy. I provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Additionally, I offer limited sliding scale rates for individuals who do not have out-of-network benefits. Please schedule a consultation with me, and we can find a fee that makes sense.
